- * IMPORTANT: Design intricacy - you can choose to order a simple or a more intricate tag!
- A 'SIMPLE' tag includes things like changing some colours from our existing tag designs, marble, ombre, wave designs.
- A 'MODERATE' tag includes head shot/half body dog portraits, special shapes and sizes, more complex ombre, floral wreaths and more.
- An 'INTRICATE' tag includes full body dog portraits and more complex sceneries.
- If you are unsure, do drop us a DM on instagram and we will advise you accordingly.
2. Based on your request, I will reach out to you via instagram DMs/email to share with you sketches of the ID Tag for you the select the one you like best. Sketches will include only 1 revision.
3. If you have a picture reference, feel free to send it to us via our website's chat function, email, or instagram DM. We would be happy to chat with you for us to clarify and to align your expectations of the ID tag.
4. We will proceed to make your order. All orders from 1st November 2021 will only be processed in 2022.
Buying Polymer Clay Tags
These tags are 100% hand-made using polymer clay, and oven-baked to produce a matte finish that are durable and waterproof.
We have done several drop tests from ceiling height on the same piece of tag >10 times, and bend tests, and they have resulted in no cracks on the tags. However, due to the nature of polymer clay, they may not withstand the same amount of rough and tumble by your dog like that of leather or resin tags. Please only purchase if you are ok with this.
Please also understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders! :)
Care Tip:
While these tags are waterproof, to allow the longevity of these ID tags, do not let it come in contact with excessive water or sunlight. Clean tags with damp cloth or baby wipes.
