1. Do you ship internationally? 
Yes we do. However, international customers will have to cover any shipping and import tax and duty fees. Please ensure that you are informed of any additional costs and your country's import guidelines before placing any order. 
2. Shipping 
To ensure your orders will be received on your end, we would highly recommend you to opt for the tracked shipping option, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages for untracked shipping. 
3. Which payment method do you accept?
We accept Paypal, as well as credit and debit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For local orders, we accept Paynow/PayLah to UEN T21LL1364G (AYLABELLA CO. LLP) 
4. What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges up to 7 days after your item has been delivered. Please return any items in its original state, with its full packaging still intact. We do not accept returns. Any special occurrences will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly. To ensure your exchange please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Any mailing fee with be borne by the customer.  
There will be no returns or refunds for perishable goods once the frozen products have left our store or have been delivered to your premise(s).
5. I have entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please check your order status. If your order hasn't been shipped, please drop us an email as soon as you can and inform us of the correct shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to provide any refunds. Please place a replacement order. On your part, please ensure all correct information are given.
6. What is the lead time for your Atelier Clay Tags?
Our current lead time is 7 weeks. If you'd like to an express order, you can purchase one quantity of "Rush My Order" for each clay tag and we will expedite your order(s) upon design confirmation.
