Puppy Graduation Program

Do you have a new puppy in your household and looking to get a well-fitted and stylish accessory for them, yet a nagging voice at the back of your head is nagging “Don’t get it now, they are gonna outgrow it so… so soon!”

Well, we’ve got your back! 

You can now be assured that your puppy enjoys a perfect fit for their accessories without compromises. With our Puppy Graduation Program, you’ll be entitled to exchange an accessory you are getting for them right now, into a larger sized one once they have grown into their full adult size! 

How it works

1. Measure the required dimensions (e.g. neck, chest) of your puppy, leaving a 2 finger spacing for comfortable wearing. 
2. If your puppy wears an XS sized harness now at 3 month old, go ahead to purchase an XS.
3. Fast forward 9 months, your puppy is now 1 year old! A little graduate! 
4. Once your puppy outgrows the harness, you can decide to make an exchange of this harness into a bigger sized harness.
5. Reach out to us via email (aylabellaco@gmail.com, or IG @aylabellaco) with regards to the new size you’ll be exchanging for and we will make the necessary arrangements. 
6. Good news, you can exchange for a bigger size of either the same or a different design.
7. Prepare your old harness to send it back to us. In the package where you receive your new harness, we have included a poly mailer and return label, so feel free to use that! All you have to do is to stick on a postage stamp and drop it off at the Post Office! Remember to take a photo as proof of return. 
8. We’ll now send you your new harness. Sit back and hang tight! 

Terms and Conditions

• This program applies only to collars, leashes, harnesses and bandanas. This is a top-up in addition to your current accessory purchase. 
  
• Only exchanges for a bigger size is allowed. Exchanging for the same size of the same/different design is strictly not allowed. Each listing is eligible for one exchange. 
• Buyer will bear the shipping cost of sending the parcel to and fro when making the exchange. 
• All exchanges have to be made within 1 year of purchase of your item and proof of receipt is required. 
• Returned accessories, if still in good condition, will be donated to those in need.
